Foma develops low-carbon, shape-optimized building systems for affordable housing and infrastructure that are produced with global manufacturing partners. Working across architecture, engineering, and construction, we collaborate with local partners to develop lasting, profitable solutions for sustainable construction in context. About the Role

We are seeking a market research and business development team for the Spring 2025 semester (and possibly Summer 2025) to help cultivate our growing list of industry manufacturing partners and develop long-term strategies to maximize our company's impact on global construction. Ideal candidates would have a strong interest in social entrepreneurship and have experience with market research. Completion of, or current enrollment in a graduate business program is a plus.

Working with Forma is an opportunity to contribute directly to an emerging technology company leveraging a decade of MIT research to reduce the carbon impact of the construction industry. You will work closely with our team while having freedom to innovate and contribute your own expertise to our ongoing conversations around business development.
