InternUp is on a mission to build an infrastructural career AI engine that transforms career-related services for a wide range of users—recruiting & staffing firms, university career centers, corporate HR departments, individual career coaches, and career agencies. Currently, we’re piloting an AI coach designed for U.S.-based job seekers on F1 & H1B visas, aiming to tackle the unique challenges they face in the job market. Having successfully completed our MVP phase and secured a $300K Angel round, we’re ready to take things to the next level. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a visionary CTO to join our team and lead the charge in advancing our AI technologies and creating exceptional user experiences for both our pilot program and future products.

About the Role

U.S. Green Card Holder or Citizen: Residing in the U.S. Availability: Ready to join full-time post-seed round. Expertise in AI Agent and LLM Development: Strong technical skills and hands-on experience. 0-1 Product Design Experience: Proven ability to bring innovative ideas to life from scratch. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A track record of thriving in startup environments. Preferred Background: Experience in leading-edge AI companies such as Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
