About the Role

As a Founding AI Engineer at Heron, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality, user and AI-centric software solutions. This role requires a unique blend of backend prowess and UX/UI finesse, enabling you to craft seamless experiences for our users. Specifically, you will engage in research to create state of the art agent workflows, while ensuring that the system you are developing provides as much value as possible to the end user. More than merely building solutions, you will also be responsible for their deployment and efficiency in production. Your expertise will drive the scalability, reliability, and security of these systems, supporting our mission to deliver new capabilities to millions of users.
