Ladder is an artificial intelligence (AI) company that combines applied artificial intelligence with aggregated financial services and financial management tools to provide personalized wealth management solutions to emerging markets On our platform, users can track and manage expenses across all accounts and save and invest via an asset marketplace, with access to LADY, their personalized financial assistant. LADY is a multi-modal agent system specialized to analyze user’s financial data and provide them with step-by-step guidance to efficiently manage their money and achieve their financial goals. We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Head of Engineering to lead our technology efforts, manage our small but growing team, and drive the development of our platforms as we scale.

About the Role

As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of Ladder’s technology execution. You will be deeply involved in engineering management, systems architecture development, security, testing, and release management. This is a hands-on role that requires both leadership and technical expertise. You will work closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business objectives, while also leading a small team of engineers, a data analyst, and a product designer.
