You are a visionary mid-level or senior software engineer with deep experience in Fintech, full stack web/app development, ++ a very good understanding of the payments space (API development and blockchain experience is a huge plus), and a passion to play a pivotal founding role at a mission-driven startup. We are looking for candidates who can contribute to greenfield our platform development on day one and can step into the role of Tech lead. Ideal candidate has experience and expertise on building payment platform with secure forms and blockchain foundation.

About the Role

What You Bring to the Table: ● 7+ years of expertise developing secure, full stack Web/App applications in B2B, B2B2C, payments, and fintech ● 4+ years of experience building foundational blockchain applications ● 5+ year of experience building or integrating payment platforms and APIs (think: Stripe, QBO, Splitwise, etc.) ● Frontend experience: Strong in UI/UX implementation ● Strong Backend experience: Production-level experience building, deploying, and iterating on secure web or mobile platforms ● Cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure or Digital Ocean) ● Experience with messaging APIs and integrations ● Well versed in payment, acquiring, e-commerce, fraud & credit risk, compliance in order to support Business development team, product team, marketing team, legal team ● Passion for solving complex problems and building systems from the ground up You May Also Have: ● Production AI/ML application experience, (AI/ML for analytics – Gen AI for chatbot) ● Experience with KYC or identification APIs for fintech/payment infrastructure. ● Experience with building digital ID for customer and merchants
